The Mesoamerican region is known worldwide for its fine and aromatic cacao and is considered the center of origin. Many cultivars known today are descendants of Criollo cacao, cultivated by our Mayan ancestors. For our plantation, only cultivars with excellent genetics and phenotypic characteristics, which also possess unique organoleptic properties, were selected. We believe that with good agricultural practices and adequate post-harvest protocols, we can offer cacao that meets market expectations.
